Every successful venture is a unique blend of creativity, initiative, communication, execution, and follow-through. Learning from each other is a given, and sharing lessons learned is a requirement. Collaborating along the way – sharing roles as leader and team member; moving from soaring language about mission and goals to detailed meeting summaries, spreadsheets, and research reports; and adjusting plans as achievements bring new challenges – is our passion.

Tom has helped Road Scholar over the past ten years when we needed a creative strategist who truly listens and understands, and provides ideas that produce results.
